Spicy Coconut Fried Shrimp |

| 1 Fresh Coconut |
| 16 peeled and
deveined shrimp |
| 1/2 cup
breadcrumbs |
| 2 Eggs, beaten |
| 1/2 cup, Half and
Half |
| Cayenne Pepper to
taste |

| Punch holes in the
eyes of the coconuts and drian liquid. Place nut in 350 degree |
| oven for 10 to 15
minutes until shell cracks. Scoop out flesh with a butter knife. |
| Combine half a cup of
freshly shredded coconut with breadcrumbs. Combine |
| eggs. half & half,
and cayenne pepper. Dip shrimp in batter mixture, then |
| roll in breadcrumb
mixture until evenly coated. Fry in hot oil until lightly |
| brown. |
