Back in 1967 Limeco, Inc was established as a partnership between four people.  In 1986 Herbie Yamamura became the sole owner.

In 2001, New Limeco, LLC became our name.  We are now owned by Alcides Acosta, one of the largest fruit growers in South Florida.  We are managed by two very knowledgeable individuals in the produce business. 

Mr . Herbert Yamamura, former owner of Limeco, Inc, with over 35 years experience in growing and packing the best quality fruit in South Florida. 

Mr. Eddie Caram has over 20 years of experience in the produce industry, Eddie handles all the tropical imports, as well as sales for New Limeco, LLC!

Our goal as a company is to provide our customers with the
