Mangos

Mangos first originated in Southeast Asia and were brought to this country in the mid 1800’s.
The flavor of a mango is a combination of peach and pineapple, but more fragrant.
The size and color varies on variety. 
Common Varieties: Tommy Atkins, Hadens, Kent, and Keitts
 
Nutrition:
Mangos are an excellent source of vitamins A & C, as well as a good source of potassium & contains beta carotene.
Mangos are very high in fiber, and low in calories, fat, and sodium!
