Eddie Caram - Manager of Sales & Purchasing As Manager of sales and purchasing Eddie works with local and offshore growers to coordinate the tropical products for our sales team.  He is the key player in our ability to offer our customers many different tropical items.  Eddie also works daily with these growers to find new products to add to our extensive variety of different tropical fruits and vegetables. Eddie grew up in the produce business.  While growing up he worked with his father, who owned a produce business in the Miami market.  Eddie then went to work for Brooks Tropicals as the Director of Purchased Fruit & Sales Administrator.  In 2001 Eddie came across the opportunity to help start New Limeco, LLC. Eddie is also very active in real estate investment.  He has made a very nice side business with this. Currently Eddie resides in Miami Shores and enjoys traveling, working on his investment properties.
